I find the friction, build the system, and put it in production.

AJI runs my newsletters, briefings, meeting prep, and outreach from one command line. I built it, I run it, and it operates unattended. Client zero for the exact work I do for everyone else.

0
Jobs live in production, running unattended on a cloud server.
0
Tool integrations across email, calendar, web and more. One built in-house.
5/5
Seeded email injections caught, zero false positives. Measured against its own scanner.
0 / 3
Voice-rule violations vs a generic harness on the same task. Scored by deterministic hooks.

Voice enforced in code, not just prompted ● hard-block hooks ◐ persona preset ○ none
Injection defense on real inbound email ● scanner + policy ◐ approvals ○ provider only
Runs unattended with a failure auditor ● cron + verifier ◐ self-hosted ○ none

Fit, not scale

Worked example  /  memory
A general harness

Remembers everything automatically. History piles up in a database and retrieval sorts out what matters later. Built to accumulate and grow on its own.

AJI

Keeps a curated store. Captures continuously, consolidates what earns its place, and forgets the rest. With this many projects running, focus is the feature.

Focused memory beats total recall.
The bet

Most harnesses optimize the model to be smarter. AJI optimizes the shell around it to be trustworthy for one person's real life. It treats the model as a part that will sometimes fail, so it wraps that part in code that blocks off-voice writing and poisoned email before either reaches me. For someone running five things at once, a narrow harness that never breaks voice beats a broad agent that is occasionally brilliant and occasionally off the rails.

Pre-sales

Working software, shipped fast, ready to demo live.

Post-sales

Embed in a workflow, automate it, keep it running.

BD

Operate at the throughput of a small team, solo.

Ops

Redesign the workflow, then engineer it for trust.
